  16. I have to agree here, AMIGA's *are* relatively expensive for the higher models
  17. , but for the operating sytem and several coPROCESSORS and low memory usage
  18. (I'm literally swimming in my 18M of ram), etc., etc., I'd rather be without
  19. the superficial clone 'prettyness'!!!

  21. I, myself, would rather be running 2 tins for downloading binaries, a mail
  22. checker, a mail reader, alynx for stable web use(you most likely only want
  23. actual information anyways, unless you are new to computers and still are
  24. getting thrilled at all the pretty graphics), an ftp session or two, a
  25. 'spur of the moment' tin session(for reading the AMIGA only newsgroups),
  26. AND yet another tin session for the non-amiga newsgroups ****ALL AT THE
  27. SAME TIME!!!!!!!!****   AND I have gone about 15 *hours* without a
  28. crash(my provider normally crashes before my machine does!)

  52. I have NO idea!?!?  Something that helps break the clone's 640K barrier?
  53. Something that makes windows'95 behave more like AmigaOS-'85??  Is it
  54. simply to help clone machines remember things?  Is it an insurance plan
  55. to help cloned people from forgetting how to use their computer???????
  56. Who in the hell knows?  I'll just stick with my trusty ol' AMIGA and
  57. an emulator running Windoze(AMIGA'85).  I don't own an emulator YET,
  58. but in the future I will probably have to downgrade for school :(.  I'm
  59. majoring in computer science, so I have to get to know the history at
  60. sometime in the future.

  63. with my AMIGA lifestyle, I would be VERY gratefull!!
